Bernhard Rinner is professor at the University of Klagenfurt where he is heading the Pervasive Computing group. He is deputy head of the Institute of Networked and Embedded Systems and vice dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences.

Bernhard Rinner and his team work on the analysis, design and evaluation of pervasive networked embedded systems. Ongoing research includes coordination, optimization, self-organization and privacy-protection in networks – composed of sensors, cameras and drones.
